Our Sunday morning services in September all start at 11:00am in the church.
Sunday 7th includes the act of Child Blessing.
Sunday 14th will be led by Mr John Spooner, Reader, Church of Scotland as our minister Rev. Matthew Ritchie will be leading worship in Barrhead Bourock Parish Church as part of a pulpit exchange arrangement.
Sunday 21st will be led by Mr John Spooner, Reader, Church of Scotland as our minister Matthew will be on annual leave.
Sunday 28th will be our HARVEST THANKSGIVING SERVICE when we will be receiving extra donations for the work of the Barrhead Foodbank.
The stocks of a whole range of goods are very low at the foodbank at this time. If you are able to support this, donations of tinned foods, tinned vegetables, pasta, rice, breakfast cereals, long-life milk, fruit juice, tea, coffee, sugar and many other items will be most gratefully received. As an alternative, some people donate gift cards for the supermarkets which the foodbank staff then use to buy specific stocks.
Our minister, Rev. Matthew Ritchie will be on annual leave between Thursday 18th and Wednesday 24th. More details will be published soon regarding who to contact for pastoral services during his absence.
